Thunder Bay's Zach Harnden scored twice and added an assist as the Western Mustangs continued their mastery of the Lakehead Thunderwolves on Saturday night.

Keaton Turkiewicz, the CIS's leading scorer, also had a three-point night for the Mustangs, whose 7-4 triumph was Western's fourth win in a little more than two weeks over Lakehead, who fell to 17-9-0 with just a pair of home games next weekend against Brock left on their 2011-12 schedule.

Matt Caria, Trevor Gamache, Brennan Menard and Andrew Wilkins scored for the Wolves, who trailed 3-1 after one and 5-3 after 40 minutes.

Ysahar Farmanara, Steve Reese and Jason Furlong added goals for the Mustangs, who were out-shot 41-21 on the night.

Josh Unice, who hadn't been scored on this season in three outings against the Thunderwolves, stoped 37 shots for the win.

Alex Dupuis started the game but was pulled in favour of Jeff Bosch. Dupuis allowed four goals on 12 shots, while Bosch stopped six of nine he faced.

we are just as good a team 5 on 5. The referees name must of been Mr. Even-up. After every penalty called for either team, within a minute the PP team got called, looked at scoresheet?

I'd buy the argument that Lakehead is just as good if this happened only once or maybe twice - you could blame it on the officiating. Be when you play 4 games and lose all 4 of them, clearly one team is better than the other.
