Wark improves to 3-0 at nationals

Brennan Wark scored four in the ninth to run away with yet another win at the Canadian Junior Men's Curling Championship in Napanee, Ont.
Wark, who trailed 1-0 through three ends, scored a pair in the fourth then stole two more in the fifth to take a 4-1 lead over B.C.'s Josh Hozack.
Hozack grabbed two back in the fifth, then the two teams traded points in the seventh and eighth, giving the Wark foursome a 5-4 lead.
The Thunder Bay squad improved to 3-0 through six draws, one of three teams yet to lose at the championship. Quebec's Felix Asselin and Alberta's Brendan Bottcher are 4-0 through two days.
Earlier in the day Wark scored a 7-4 win over Nova Scotia.
Wark and teammates Joel Adams, Kyle Toset and Kristofer Leupen, who started with the hammer, went back-and-forth with Stuart Thompson of the Mayflower Curling Club in Halifax through four ends.
Tied 2-2 entering the fifth, Wark snared a pair to take a 4-2 lead. Thompson twice crept to within a point, but looking to tie in the 10th and trailing 6-4 he gave up a steal of one to fall to 1-1.
