Chill blank WSA Winnipeg 4-0

The Thunder Bay Chill relinquished first place in the Heartland Division for about 48 hours. On Saturday they stole it back from the Des Moines Menace, blanking the host WSA Winnipeg 4-0 to capture their sixth win in seven outings.

On Saturday they stole it back from the Des Moines Menace, blanking the host WSA Winnipeg 4-0 to capture their sixth win in seven outings.

Axel Sjoberg, Abraham Villon, Paul Dillon and Gavin Hoy were the goal scorers for the Chill, with Stephen Paterson picking up his fifth shutout of the season in nets.

The Chill will complete their two-game trip to the Manitoba capital and look to complete the four-game season sweep against Winnipeg on Sunday afternoon.
