It’s been three years since Krista McCarville last tasted success at the Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts.

She’ll face a tough test Monday night as she starts her drive for a fifth title and a spot at the national championship.

McCarville, representing the Fort William Curling Club, will take on defending champion Tracy Horgan of Sudbury.

Also in the hunt is Thunder Bay’s Marlo Dahl of the Port Arthur Curling Club, who will take on Jacqueline Harrison of the Brant Curling Club.

Other skips in the star-studded field include 2011 winner Rachel Homan of Ottawa and Coldwater’s Sherry Middaugh, a four-time champion.
