The Thunder Bay Queens continue to roll at the Ontario Women's Hockey Association provincial championships.
The midget AA Sportop Queens clinched their round robin division with a 2-0 victory over the Brantford Ice Cats on Friday evening.
Jayde Turcotte made 10 stops in between the pipes for the shutout while Montana Russo and Bronwyn Bolduc each registered a goal.
Through two days the squad has a 3-0 record and advances to the quarterfinals on Saturday evening, where they will play either the Mississauga Chiefs or Oakville Hornets.
The midget A Norcan Tours and Travel Queens also remain undefeated, scoring a 3-1 win over the Kingston Ice Wolves, improving their record to 2-0.
Whitney Scott scored twice for Thunder Bay while Sarah Doyle also found the back of the net.
Round robin play concludes early Saturday before the beginning of the qualification and playoff games later in the day.
