Hit-and-run suspect arrested

A 24-year-old woman is facing charges after a recent hit-and-run. Thunder Bay Police say the woman, who has not been named, has been charged with failing to report an accident and driving a motor vehicle without a licence.

Thunder Bay Police say the woman, who has not been named, has been charged with failing to report an accident and driving a motor vehicle without a licence.

The suspect was arrested thank to tips from the public. Police say the vehicle the woman was driving was easily identifiable due to its uniqueness, though they added it was sold for scrap within hours of the crash.
