Robert Bortuzzo is back with the St. Louis Blues.

The Thunder Bay defenceman signed agreed to contract terms with the NHL team, Blues officials announced on Thursday.

Bortuzzo, who played Junior A hockey for the Fort William North Stars, was acquired by the Blues in a deadline day deal that sent Ian Cole to Pittsburgh.

The 26-year-old had three goals and five assists in 51 games split between Pittsburgh and St. Louis last season.

He did not appear in any playoff games.

Terms of the contract were not immediately released.
