Medium size contracting/construction company is seeking a full time Bookkeeper/Receptionist. Must have experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Word/Excel software. Responsibilities include balancing and maintaining accurate ledgers, A/R, A/P, computerized payroll including T4's, union remittances, government remittances, working with accountants on year end reporting, answering the phone and dealing with customers.
Job required excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines. Experience in the construction industry a definite asset.
