DougallMedia,Thunder Bay’s only locally owned broadcast/multimedia company, has a rare and exciting opening as a Broadcast / Traffic Coordinator in our Traffic team.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail, and who will ensure accuracy in all facets of the position. You must be able to handle urgent revisions, deal with various departments, and be responsible for checking and scheduling all production materials and content in a seamless manner. Familiarity with SDS or similar industry specific software would be considered an asset. If you have solid organization and communication skills, let us know why you are the one that we should hire.
Primary Duties include:
- Maintaining and Updating daily logs for Television and/or Radio
- Adhering to CRTC regulations and network affiliate requirements for communication and documentation
- Reconcile and assist with billing
- Schedule local & national advertisements and public service announcements in the daily bookings sheet
