The VON’s Exercise & Falls Prevention Program is designed to help you stay active, social, and healthy. We focus on preventing
debilitating falls by doing exercises that strengthen your upper and lower body in sitting and standing. Our class also includes exercises specifically designed to improve your balance and endurance. We want you to feel comfortable and confident on your feet while doing your daily activities. We also give you the information and tools to help you understand what causes falls, as well as how to prevent them.
