Pine Portage is a well established Fly-in Fishing/Hunting Resort located about a half hour flight north of Wawa, ON.. We are now looking to hire and fill the following positions for our 2022 Season from Mid May through September.
First Cook:
Pine Portage Lodge is known for its quality of home cooking and baking is looking for candidates of equal experience. Large well equipped Kitchen for enjoyable work environment.
First cook must have kitchen management experience for maintaining supplies and weekly ordering of all groceries. MUST HAVE “hands on” experience for baking of breads, pastries, cookies etc. Preparation and serving of main entrée each day. Service for approximately 35-50 people daily. Hourly wages plus overtime. Wages are negotiable and dependent on experience. References required. Approximately $2,900.00 bi-weekly salary to start.
