While probiotics are beneficial, there are There are many other things that have an impact on your gut health.

If you continue with a highly processed diet, high sugar diet, lots of stress and lack of sleep, that one supplement won’t make a difference. It’s not a magic pill!

A diet lacking fibre won’t have the prebiotics that help to feed the probiotics so they can thrive in your gut.

And, for some people may need to get rid of some of the chaos first in their microbiome before even taking a probiotic.

Probiotics can be helpful when combined with lifestyle changes. But alone they won’t fix your gut health issues.
