Bayshore career started in 2015 as a shift relief nurse for Northern Nursing and in 2017 transitioned into visiting RN in Thunder Bay. Received nurse of the year in 2019 and holds certifications in palliative care and International Interprofessional Would Care Course (IIWCC). Summer of 2020 Andrea was appointed Interim Operations Manager, where she adapted quickly and began leading the Thunder Bay Branch, improving the branch’s performance demonstrating her leadership potential. Showcasing her nursing knowledge and ambition to combine her passion for nursing and community care, developed in November 2020 when Andrea was appointed Area Director. Andrea continues to operate Bayshore with clinical excellence and client passion and care as a top priority. Andrea continues to support her front line workers and community of Thunder Bay to keep our clients healthy and independent in their homes.
