Police seek public aid in finding 93-year-old man

THUNDER BAY — The Thunder Bay Police Service seeks public aid in finding 93-year-old Thomas Jacobson.

Jacobson was last seen on Red River Road at roughly 11 a.m. on Friday, according to a media release issued by the service on Saturday morning.

The police described Jacobson as a Caucasian man, who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and around 200 pounds.

He also has grey hair in a brush cut, blue eyes, is clean-shaven and may be driving a 2018 red Ford Escape.

The police said they are concerned for his well-being and are actively searching for the man throughout the city.

The police encourage residents with information about the whereabouts of Jacobson to contact police at (807) 684-1200 or anonymously submit tips through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 and online.
