Thunder Bay Transit drivers threatened with knife

THUNDER BAY -- A man is in custody in Thunder Bay following a weekend incident in which two transit drivers were threatened with a knife.

Police say the incident occurred Sunday evening at the Thunder Bay Transit terminal on Water Street.

Officers dispatched to the scene located the suspect nearby on Camelot Street.

The 40-year-old has been charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats, and possession of a dangerous weapon.

Police say neither of the bus drivers was injured in the incident.
