Moir blanks Golden Hawks

Kris Hogg and Matt Dias, with his fourth of the season, were the other goal scorers for the Wolves (15-5-2).

Brock McPherson, who missed a pair of games with an ankle injury prior to the road trip, had a pair of assists, as did Matt Caria.

With the win the Wolves moved into second place in the OUA’s Western Conference, a point ahead of Waterloo and two up on Laurier (14-6-2). Lakehead trails front-running Western (18-4-0) by four points.

The Wolves host Western for a pair this coming weekend.
