Redblacks extend Thunder Bay's Romick

Defensive lineman will return to Ottawa for a sixth CFL season.

OTTAWA – Thunder Bay’s Nigel Romick is headed back to Ottawa for a sixth Canadian Football League season.

The Redblacks on Tuesday announced they’d inked the defensive lineman to a one-year deal. Romick, a St. Patrick High School graduate, had a career-high 21 special teams tackles in 2018 and has 63 tackles in 67 career CFL games.
