THUNDER BAY – It wasn’t the season the Thunder Bay Chill were hoping for, but despite missing the playoffs for the second straight season, there was some good news for a long-time veteran.

Striker Sullivan Silva on Tuesday was named to the USL2 all-Central Conference team, the lone Chill player to get the nod.

The 2012 Premier Development League most valuable player had two goals and four assists in 12 games for Thunder Bay, taking a team-high 26 shots.
