FORT FRANCES, Ont. -- Due to a high volume of snow and changes in the temperature in Fort Frances and surrounding areas, there is a significant amount of slush and high snow drifts on Rainy Lake.
Members of the public are urged to check the weather and ice conditions prior to engaging in recreational activities in the area.
