The theme for the 2025 Jehovah’s Witnesses Regional Convention is “Pure Worship”.
When the doors to the GFL Memorial Gardens opened this morning at 8:00 AM, thousands of Jehovah’s Witnesses from communities across the north, including many families from Thunder Bay, will stream in as their 2025 “Pure Worship!” convention begins its first day of the three-day convention.
The convention will present Bible-based videos, discourses and interviews. Saturday’s highlight is a baptism of local candidates. Many attendees are also looking forward to Episode 2 of “The Good News According to Jesus.” This 18-episode video series is a comprehensive look at the life and ministry of Jesus Christ based solely on the Gospel accounts.
Highlights
Friday: By means of a series of videos, travel to the places where Jesus lived and preached.
Saturday: See how Jesus’ early ministry fulfilled prophecies made centuries before.
Sunday: In the talk “Do You Worship What You Know?” learn why our beliefs matter and how to search for truth.
