Triad Contracting is looking to hire a Mechanic Assistant
Salary/Pay depends on experience.
Qualifications:
-Valid Driver’s License.
-Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics and electrical systems in vehicles.
-Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
-Proficiency using diagnostic tools and equipment.
-Attention to detail and solid commitment to safety protocols.
-Prior experience with Hitachi, Dewalt, Bosch, and Milwaukee equipment.
-Physically fit, with excellent stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Conducting operational tests on repairs equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
-Reviewing mechanics work orders- making sure all parts and labour are changed-out on the proper sections.
-Arranging repairs with outside vendors for both scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs.
-Conducting routine inspections, lubrications and maintenance tasks on various pieces of vehicles.
-Maintaining accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities; preparing reports for management and preserving a log task completed.
-Monitoring well-organized inventory levels, and requesting necessary parts and supplies for repairs.
