Join our team as an Operations Forester, working closely with the Woodlands Manager to lead and implement both long- and short-term harvesting, delivery, and road construction plans. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the planning and execution of harvest and road construction activities.
  • Monitor volume targets and adjust plans to meet operational goals.
  • Assist in creating and managing annual operating budgets with the Woodlands Manager.
  • Coordinate the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs and standards.

What You Offer

  • Degree in Forestry or Natural Environment Management; eligible for Ontario Registered Professional Forester (RPF) designation.
  • Background in forest operations and management planning; proficient with Microsoft Office, ArcMap GIS, and GPS technology.
  • Bilingual in French and English; strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license; able to work independently and outdoors in varying conditions; motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with leadership potential.
