Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our multi-locational clinic. In this role, you will provide top-tier physical therapy services to our diverse patient population, demonstrating a commitment to individualized treatment and ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and passionate about providing an excellent experience to all clients and guests of the clinic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the application of technological equipment.
- Educate patients about their conditions and provide appropriate self-management strategies.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Conduct home visits to provide therapy services and educate patients on home adaptations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Currently licensed to practice in the province of Ontario.
- 1 + year of clinical experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Excellent patient management skills and ability to explain complex health conditions and treatments.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Must be able to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
