We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time/full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our diverse patient population, helping them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, physical conditions, and functional abilities.

- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to patients' individual needs, goals, and preferences.

- Implement a variety of physiotherapy techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.

- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies to facilitate optimal recovery and prevent future injuries.

- Monitor patients' progress closely and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes and patient satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, chiropractors, and occupational therapists, to provide integrated and coordinated care.

- Stay informed about the latest developments in physiotherapy research, techniques, and technology through ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.

-Adhere to ethical and professional standards set forth by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) and other relevant regulatory bodies.

- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Registered Physiotherapist (PT) in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited educational institution.

- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members.

- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
