The Employment Navigator functions as a connector and facilitator, ensuring that Francophone clients are aware of, welcomed into, and successfully engaged with the most appropriate employment and training pathways available.

• Coordinate closely with other funded programs (e.g., Employment Ontario, IRCC-funded settlement services, youth employment programs, disability inclusion initiatives) to ensure services are complementary and non-duplicative.
• Participate in professional development, provincial training sessions, and peer learning opportunities, applying new knowledge and practices to improve service delivery.
• Contribute to the development and application of best practices and tools, including participation in the creation and use of a best practices guide and enhanced Client Relationship Management platform.
• Share promising practices and lessons learned with other Navigators and service providers across the network to strengthen collective capacity.
