Sales Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for heavy trucks, a

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including
fleet owners, repair shops, and contractors
• Recommend and sell heavy truck parts based on customer needs and requirements
• Provide expert advice and technical support to customers on parts selection and
installation
• Process sales orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of parts
• Negotiate pricing and offer solutions that meet customer requirements while
achieving company goals
• Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and
inventory
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business
• Assist with marketing efforts to promote products and special offers
• Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure customer needs are met
efficiently
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales, preferably in heavy truck parts, automotive, or a related
industry
• Strong knowledge of heavy truck components and their functions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (experience with sales software is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
