Hamilton continues to see growth in both listings and sales, pushing inventory close to 5 months. With an absorption rate holding at 38%, well below the balanced market threshold of 50%, conditions remain solidly in favour of buyers.

Oakville:
Oakville’s inventory continues to build as listings rise and sales ease slightly. With nearly 5 months of supply and an absorption rate of just 30%, the market clearly leans toward buyers offering them more selection, flexibility, and leverage in negotiations.
