Are you looking for a "camp experience" for your child that you know will be engaging, educational, but also promises to be loads of fun for this summer? Well, summer at Scholars just got smarter! 📚
The Scholars of Guelph LEGO STEM Camp Program provides an excellent opportunity to "try out" the Scholars programming for both existing and new students, while participating in our engaging, adventure-filled LEGO STEM program - all while providing a safe and welcoming environment for students to spend half-days for a week at a time.
Students who enroll in the camp will get to participate in an hour of individualized language arts tutoring, an hour of either writing or math tutoring (your choice!), and an hour of LEGO-STEM activities including (but not limited to) building LEGO robots, obstacle courses, and even learning how to program a basic video game! This is all interspersed with fun breaks for snacks, mindness and wellness exercises, and arts and crafts or STEM-themed science experiments they can bring home with them to wow the whole family.
Right now, we are offering a promotion so that camp registration is only $400 for the whole week (a savings of over $150)! Scholars LEGO STEM Camp runs from Monday-Friday at 1:00pm-4:00pm in the weeks of July 7th-11th, July 21st-25th, August 11th-15th, and August 25th-29th. All children enrolling will also be given a complimentary Scholars assessment and a gift certificate for one complimentary trial hour if they'd like to continue with their language arts or mathematics program at a later date. However, kids do not need to be existing Scholars students in order to register - we have space for all LEGO enthusiasts and budding scientists alike!
