Looking for a LARGE 1 bedroom apartment or a 2 bedroom apartment.
Can afford up to $1300/inclusive (and yes they know that's going to be hard to find) but are quiet, clean, no pets, no smoking, drinking etc. willing to clean hallways, entry ways, cut grass etc

OR
Would possibly be willing to rent 2 rooms til an apartment is found.

Needed for end of May!!!!! So ASAP!!!!!
