Looking for a one bedroom or shared house arrangement with split expenses.

I am a single man in his 40s, Sault born and raised who works a full-time job. I am looking for a decent 1 bedroom with bathroom or a shared house arrangement with split expenses. I drive and am very clean and quiet. I am also very friendly and keep my living space immaculately clean. I have a neutered male cat who is 14 years old and not an outdoor cat. Very well behaved and trained. So if you have something available I would love to come see it and meet you to see if something might work out. Looking for July 1st or August 1st. Thanks!
