On March 15, we received a call that someone had found two gerbils inside a milk jug, abandoned in a snowbank. We quickly picked up the gerbils and began caring for them. Now that they've been nursed back to health and completed their two-week quarantine, they're ready to go to a forever home.
Huey and Riley are two young male gerbils. They have a friendly and curious disposition to them. They tolerate being handled and pet. Furthermore, they have a few spots of fur missing from their previous life, but they're starting to fill in nicely.
