Celebrate Canada Day and the Grand Re-Opening of Eagle's Cove on Saturday, July 1, 2:30 to 8:30. Swimming, canoeing, crafts, games, a bannock bake off, grand re-opening ceremony and a ground oven feast dinner. Admission and events are free. Dinner is by donation. Drive out Dog Lake Road, right on Howcum Lake Road, right on Lollit Lake Road. Bus leaves from Limbrik at 1:15, John St. at 1:30, and Windsor at 1:45, returning to the city at 8:30. This event is sponsored by our local NorthWind Family Ministry, who come alongside Canadian Aboriginals and others on their journey to wellness with Christ. Come out and enjoy the day, learn about their plans for the future, and see where you can get involved!
