KENORA -- There were no new COVID-19 cases detected on Friday in the Northwestern Health Unit catchment area.
The health unit announced the zero-count figure on Saturday, saying there are just five active cases in the region. That's one more than the Thunder Bay District Health Unit reported on Friday. TBDHU no longer reports cases on weekends.
