Two new COVID cases, active count up to 14

For the first time since mid-June the health unit has announced new cases on four consecutive days.

THUNDER BAY – For the fourth straight day, the Thunder Bay District Health Unit is reporting new COVID-19 cases.

The two new confirmed cases raise the active count to 14 in Thunder Bay, with one previously announced case now considered resolved.

It`s the first time since mid-June that new cases have been announced on four consecutive days.

Both cases are considered to reside in First Nations communities and both are related to travel outside of Northwestern Ontario.
