Our pasta is made in-house, the traditional way, by extracting it through a bronze die. Pasta made in this fashion has a characteristic and highly prized yellow colour and a more pourous surface that helps the noodle retain sauces better than other style of pasta making. Our chef’s are inspired by the changing flavours of the season. We work with products from local farms and purveyors to create our seasonal menu options. Try out our Ricotta Gnudi or one

Our desserts are created in-house from scratch by our Executive Chef Neil Puzzella and his team. Inspired by classic Italian desserts and seasonal ingredients Chef Neil prepares delicious treats such as cannoli, tiramisu and chocolate budino.
