Environment Canada is issuing a thunderstorm warning for the city of Thunder Bay.
According to Environment Canada, meteorologists are tracking an area of severe thunderstorms capable of producing very strong wind gusts, up to nickel size hail and heavy rain.
A line of thunderstorms is moving over Northwestern Ontario early Monday morning. Isolated wind gusts to 90 kilometres per hour, locally heavy rain and hail are possible within these thunderstorms.
Mainly cloudy. Showers this morning then 30 per cent chance of showers late Monday morning and afternoon.
