I would like to nominate my daughter Caroline Morine's truly selfless and modest pediatric neurologist Dr. G. E. Derbyshire. This kind and sweet man could have retired many years ago but says he loves what he does in helping children with their health concerns and will continue to work as long as he can. He is famous in Thunder Bay and region for his warmth, nurturing, and gentle bedside manner and his willingness to go above and beyond for his patients and their families. Thunder Bay would be at an enormous loss without this pediatric neurologist and epilepsy expert. Our family is so grateful to have him as our doctor as I know many, many families are too.
