I believe Joelle Mandamin is a hero because she gives so much of what little she has, she has BIG heart to help anyone in need, she is a single parent of two little ones, she attends school, and living on student allowance, she ensures that her kiddos are well taken care of, and Joelle doesn’t ask for much, she’s content with what she has.
