Kelly Hilton is the kindest most caring person I have ever met. She is the heart of Thunder Bay. She gives so much of herself to others. She puts others needs before her own. She is an excellent community helper. Always stepping up to lend a hand, and gets involved. She is also involved with scouting. She is an excellent role model to our youth.
Kelly is so devoted to helping others. She is so deserving and it would be wonderful if she won this prize. It would be great if she did something for herself with the prize should she win. However, she would most likely it to help others.
