Job Requirements
Post-Secondary education in medical office administration, including medical terminology is a requirement
Experience using databases and scheduling software 
Experience and interest in providing customer-focused solutions to achieve quality service 
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and faxing 
Strong customer service/interpersonal skills 
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment 
Strong oral and written communication skills in a computer environment 
Current criminal background check will be requested 
Ability to speak French is an asset in French Designated areas 
A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required upon the start of your employment 
A Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may be required 

Job Description
Work as part of the Service Delivery team in the intake of new clients, and the planning and maintenance of client visits and service records. 
Liaise with funders, clients and the care team in the community regarding services and information and is the first

Coordinate all standardized data input, triaging of calls and information and the ongoing coordination of client service and service provider schedules and updates.
