Resolute Forest Products has recently made significant investments in new Sawmill capacity in Northwestern Ontario, and rely on its independent harvesting contractors for wood supply.
Resolute Forest Products is providing recruitment assistance to these independent contractors to source qualified equipment operators to fully staff their businesses:
- Feller-Buncher
- Multi-function Processor
- Skidder
- Slasher
- Loader
Our independent contractors are committed to safe, environmentally compliant operations and offer competitive wage and benefit plans. Although trained operators are preferred, our contractors are willing to consider a candidate’s relevant work experience with an interest and aptitude for this type of environment.
There are positions available in Thunder Bay, Atikokan, Ignace, and Fort Frances.
