As a Manager at Toppers Pizza, a typical day might include the following:
• Providing overall leadership in the pizzeria; recognizing and motivating all management and team members; coaching and training the team in order to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensuring the pizzeria team maintains the highest possible level of customer service.
• Developing and communicating an action plan to achieve productivity targets (inventory control, labor costs, etc.) for the pizzeria.
• Controlling profit and loss by ensuring team members follow cash control/security procedures, maintains inventory, manages labor, reviews financial reports and takes action when appropriate to achieve weekly budgets
• Ensuring maintenance of equipment, facility and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance Plan.
• Ensuring all company operating policies and procedures are being adhered to, i.e., Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Toppers Systems and programs specified products for food and packaging, and hours of operations.
• Ensuring all company and government standards are followed in regards to health and safety, labor, sanitation, and security standards.
• Managing contract drivers and ensuring all have signed the appropriate documents and provide proof of proper insurance and valid Driver’s License.

Education:
• Completion of High School, or partial High School completion with management or equivalent training.
• One to three year’s work experience in food service or related industry.
• Previous experience in restaurant management or equivalent management/supervisory experience.

Salary will be tailored to the successful applicant and will include a sales-dependent performance bonus.
