Ability to pass various criminal background checks, reliable transportation, punctuality and flexibility in working days/hours.
Job Description
Actively supervise employees at various sites to ensure cleaning standards are being met. Participate in cleaning tasks including stripping/waxing of floors, shampooing of carpets and other tasks associated with facility cleaning. Schedule work loads for crews, and provide coverage for staff that are off sick etc. Inspect buildings for cleanliness and arrange to correct deficiencies.
Experience in cleaning a must, as well as previous supervisory experience.
A company car, phone is provided as well as expenses.
