18-year-old-woman charged with careless driving

Police charged an 18-year-old-woman with careless driving in connection to a three-car collision on that sent several people to the hospital with minor injuries.

Thunder Bay Police Service responded to a call involving a collision on Memorial Avenue around noon on Sunday. Police say that at least three vehicles sustained major damages with seven people sent to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police say one of the vehicles rear-ended another vehicle, which led to multiple collisions.
