Twenty-five years ago, on the morning of February 13, 1992, the body of Sandra Johnson was located on the frozen surface of the Neebing-Mclntyre Floodway in the East End of the City of Thunder Bay. 18 year old Sandra Johnson was last seen leaving her residence at approximately 1:30 a.m. on February 13, 1992.

The Detectives in the Criminal Investigations Branch continued to investigate information that has come in over the years to try to solve this homicide and bring closure to this matter and allow the family to finally know the truth as to what happened to Sandra.
