(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a 31 year old man for impaired driving.
Shortly before 10 p.m. on Sunday September 27, 2015 police received a report of a possible intoxicated driver in the west end of Kenora.
Police located the vehicle shortly after the report and determined the driver had been consuming alcohol. He was transported for further tests.
As a result of this investigation, Troy Payash of Kenora, has been charged with Impaired Driving and Operating a Motor Vehicle With More than .80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He is to appear in Kenora Court on October 29, 2015 to answer to the charges. He is also facing charges under the Highway Traffic Act and the Liquor Licence Act.
