THUNDER BAY - Police have laid multiple charges against a 51-year-old man after the Balmoral Street standoff earlier this week.
The Thunder Bay Police Service announced on Friday that Darren Lindsay Warren has been charged with possession of a dangerous weapon, careless use of firearm and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
Officers executed a search warrant on Wednesday and sezied two high power rifles and a small quantity of ammunition.
Warren remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
