THUNDER BAY — An elderly Thunder Bay man faces sexual assault charges following an alleged incident at a rural address.
Thunder Bay Police received a complaint Friday evening about an assault that had just taken place in the Rosslyn Road/20th Side Road area.
Officers arrested 75-year-old Cornelius Spoljarich.
He's charged with sexual interference, assault, and two counts of sexual assault.
Spoljarich remained in custody Monday pending a court appearance on July 28.
