A second COVID-19 case is reported in the Rainy River District

It is the second case in the district in two days.

KENORA, Ont,. — For the second day in a row, the Northwestern Health Unit is reporting a new COVID-19 case in the District of Rainy River.

The NWHU announced the case Tuesday morning, saying followup has started with the individual and with the person's contacts.

There are now two active COVID-19 cases in the Rainy River district.

In the catchment of the Northwestern Health Unit, there are also three active cases in the Sioux Lookout region.
