Accused drug dealers arrested

THUNDER BAY - Four men face drug charges after a Wednesday bust that yielded more than $60,000 worth of narcotics.

Detectives with the Thunder Bay Police Service Drug Unit and Gangs and Guns Unit executive two search warrants, one at a north side residence and the other at a hotel.

Officers seized a quanity of illegal drugs with a street value of $62,590.

  • 59- 3mg Hydromorphone pills (street value $590.00)
  • 387- 30mg Hydromorphone pills (street value $38,700.00)
  • 11 Fentanyl patches (street value $4,400.00)
  • 210 Percocet's (Oxycodone) (street value $2,100.00)
  • 120- 80mg green oxycodone pills (street value $12,000.00)
  • 40-80mg apo-ocd, Oxycodone (street value $4,800.00)

Officers also seized $8,845 in cash.

The following men face drug trafficking charges as well as charges of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

  • 26-year-old Brian Daniel Francis of Brampton, ON
  • 22-year-old Chris-Anthony Ruddock of Vaughn, ON
  • 42-year-old Angelo Damiano Roefaro of Abbotsford, B.C.

Roefaro is also charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

A 27 year old Thunder Bay man was also charged with narcotics possession and breach of probation he was released at the scene with a future court date.
